"MY THOUGHT FOR TODAY"
We cannot keep doing the same things and expect a different result. Governments are good ideas, but most no longer work in the best interest of the common people—who are the majority. The system has become corrupt and has grown its own personality, one no longer controlled by the people it was created to serve and protect.
The good news is this: the ultimate power for change will always remain in the hands of the people—and the key to successful transformation is unity. This simple truth is evident in everything we see. Yet, through force, default, fear, or complacency, most people have accepted the illusion of government power and control as reality.
It seems we, the people, only take action when they—so-called leaders—allow us to through some made-up policy, or when we’ve been so deeply wounded that we finally rise together in protest.
No politician, political party, government, or president can take away our inalienable rights—but we do have the power to give them away through our choices.
No one is coming to save us… but us, my brothers and sisters.
And this applies to every human being on the planet.
